We are now looking for a Site Manager in construction for a well-established production company outside Mönsterås.
Your role

In the role of site manager, you are responsible for construction, property, and maintenance-related issues within the production company, focusing on outdoor environments, new constructions, and larger maintenance projects. You work both strategically and operationally and play an important role in ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

You will lead both internal maintenance staff and coordinate external contractors and project teams. You have close cooperation with your immediate manager and other functions in the business.



Your tasks will include:
  • Leadership and personnel responsibility
  • Planning, scheduling, and participating in recruitment processes
  • Driving, coordinating, and following up on construction and maintenance projects
  • Collaboration and follow-up with external contractors
  • Setting requirements towards contractors and controlling and reporting status
  • Responsibility for work environment, safety rounds, and compliance with applicable regulations

To fit the role, we see that you:
  • Have a construction or property technical education, at least at the high school level
  • Have experience in construction, project management, and personnel responsibility
  • Have broad technical understanding within construction and property
  • Have experience with work environment responsibility
  • Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Have a B driver's license

Good to know
  • Extent: Full-time, permanent
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Working hours: Daytime Mon-Fri
